Iran commemorates its Islamic Revolution of 1979 each year during the 10-day dawn beginning 31st January in 2021.
It begins with the return date of the first leader of the revolution the late Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini all those decades ago, and it ends with the revolution; the day called Islamic Revolution's Victory Day or 22 of Bahman.
This year is not Iran's first year of celebration of its Islamic revolution. However, what matters is how the revolution has survived over four decades riddled with hostility.
